DISCLOSURE
BVM prides itself in providing a quality product
delivered to customers on time. Due to the popularity of
certain products, we cannot guarantee that each item you
have ordered will be in stock. If any items you ordered
are not in stock, BVM will inform you immediately.
Certain items such as kits and engines must be ordered
directly at 407-327-6333.

Please understand that a high performance electric or
turbine powered jet, even in the ARF format, is a
complex project to properly assemble, install equipment,
and safely operate. The purchaser and/or a close
experienced modeler associate must have the necessary
experience. The ability to touch-up paint with an
airbrush should also be part of that experience.
If you find a quality control issue with a BVM product,
please inform us by phone. It is understandable that
human errors in Q.C. and handling can occur. BVM's
policy is to address each issue on a case by case basis
and ensure customer satisfaction.
SHIPPING
US CUSTOMERS
Most online orders are shipped via the US Postal
Service via Priority Mail OR via UPS. Shipping method is
chosen at the time of checkout.
Shipping times range from 2-5 days. A specific
delivery time frame is not guaranteed on any class of
mail, only UPS AIR shipping methods are guaranteed time
frame delivery. If your order is urgent and you need it
fast, please use UPS 1,2 or 3 day.
First Class Mail does not have any confirmation of
Delivery. BVM will not be held liable for losses or
damage to the package. If you select First Class
Shipping its at your own risk.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
We offer international shipping to many
countries. All shipping options displayed at checkout
include product insurance and delivery confirmation with
the exception of USPS Parcel Post International. Our
shipping costs displayed at checkout include these
services. Accepting our Shipping Terms waives any right
for a loss or damage claim with BVM when selecting
Parcel Post shipping method. Customers are therefore
advised to select a shipping method which provides loss
or damage protection such as UPS or USPS Priority
International.
If you wish to make a purchase and have it shipped
outside of the US and your country is not listed in the
drop-down selection during the checkout process, please
contact us via email to arrange for a shipping quotation
and payment arrangements. The shipping quotation is
provided as accurate as possible, however there may be
situations where the actual shipping charge is a few
dollars more or less. In these situations we will
contact you to request additional funds or refund an
overcharge. There are no guarantees on delivery time
frames.
Please note that due to a high fraud rate, we may
require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you
to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles. If
you have any questions, please contact us before placing
your order.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
If you have selected a freight forwarder to
receive your package in the US on your behalf, BVM is
not responsible for loss or damage to your parcel once
it has arrived at your freight forwarder. Please note-
if your freight forwarder is located in Florida, you
will have to pay sales tax. We may require proof of
photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan
via email or fax of those articles.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped within the state of Florida will be
charged sales tax at a rate of 7%.
RETURNS POLICY
Prior to returning any order, please contact our

We want you to be happy with your purchases. So we
go to great lengths to assure you get the exact
merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be
happy to accept returns within 30 days under the
following guidelines
- Freight charges will not be refunded. The
customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our
shop.
- Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
- BVM reserves the right to charge a 15%
restocking fee on any merchandise returned for credit.
- Certain manufactures handle defective items and
will not allow a return to BVM. You will be notified
when you contact Customer Service if this applies to the
item you have.

The privacy and security of your information is
important to us. That's why our online checkout system
uses encryption certified by Sectigo.
Once you enter our Secure Checkout, all of the
information entered is securely encrypted and guaranteed
to stay private.

Online Order delays may occur if the shipping or billing
addresses cannot be verified.
PayPal
For your convenience we offer PayPal as one of our
payment options. PayPal is an accepted payment for many
currencies. If PayPal is accepted for your currency, you
will see that option during checkout.
All shipping, fraud prevention and backorder policies,
including all other policies put in place by BVM, still
apply to all orders submitted with PayPal unless
otherwise noted.
Per PayPal policy, all refunds must be processed within
60 days of the initial transaction. We cannot refund any
PayPal transaction after that time.
